    Just wanted to say thanks for the great food ideas. You have such enthusiasm for these recipes that I overcame my skepticism and tried this one, the pineapple/ginger/turmeric smoothie, and the sandwich in a bell pepper. They really ARE that good and I’m a little stunned. Anyway, just embarking on a quest to get on top of some chronic health problems and I appreciate how trustworthy your advice is-thank you!

    I made the pepper sandwich today and it was insanely good! I practically used everything you did but instead of cream cheese I used laughing cow triangles and wholegrain mustard in place of Dijon. I also added a small handful of bistro salad, a dash of balsamic and some french dressing. I honestly can’t believe how could it was. The cheddar, tomato onion and avocado worked really well with the chicken. . A bit of salt and pepper and voila. I used a red pepper as I didn’t have any green, maybe I’ll try a green one next time. Anyway, It will be on my menu forevermore. If you haven’t tried this people, please do. It tastes so much better than you can imagine. ❤

    Protein powder is strictly processed food and you should never use a blender and pulverize your food. But I understand you need to sell product. That’s the problem with health care systems. They are all paid for by Big Pharma and Big Food Corporations.

    I eat a cup of frozen wild blueberries everyday. Supposed to be brain healthy and help prevent dementia. Must be “frozen wild blueberries”, the small tiny berries. Walmart actually has them.

    Great video! I already made twice that bell pepper sandwich. Very good. And yeah i used deli meat because you just cannot 100% of the time eat healthily. It is impossible. Sometimes i order organic deli meat but sometimes i buy from the store.

    I subbed to this channel today. I can't eat meat. It makes me sick, I don't digest it well. I can eat about 2 ounces a day and not get sick, but that's it. So I struggle with protein ideas that's NOT meat. You have given me some good ideas about what I can eat to get more protein in my diet. Thank you. I understand that carnivore is helping a lot of people but there are people like me in this world that have medical conditions that makes consumption of meat impossible or nearly impossible. We need help and ideas too. 😁

    Did you tempeh?(tempa?),Also moringa powder has all the amino acids so you could consume collagen with the moringa powder which in a very large sense satisfies the vegetarian aspect of a diet

    If my goal is to lose weight while building muscle, would that be 1.4 aswell? I currently weight 237 lbs, you mentioned that I should base this on my weight goal which is 190 (a normal bmi), I should then eat this much protein: 190÷2.2 *1.4 = 120.9g is that right? I never really considered protein before, I'm for sure not eating enough of it.

    Do you have a cookbook that's solely vegan or plant-based? I've tried some of your meals, and they've been delicious, but I'm finding it difficult to reach a good protein level. So a cookbook focused on getting the necessary protein for non-meat eaters would be fantastic!

    I used to run like a gazelle when I was in my 20’s until I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I can no longer do high impact exercises, combat sports or run. Then I fell into a deep depression. I was suicidal but I didn’t want to hurt the people who loved me. I gained a lot of weight until I decided that I wanted to get back into shape. I started walking and feeling better again. However, I like to drink beer and eat pizza, which makes it harder to get that chiseled body that I once had. I’m 54 now and I do low impact exercises. Getting back into shape is hard for me because of my age and eating habits. Thank you for your advice.
